COMER is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING to multiple locations in the United States for all products. 

STANDAR DELIVERY:

8-15 business days - FREE on all orders.

Notice: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

WHERE DOES COMER  DELIVER?

All our products will be shipped from the U.S. Warehouse by UPS or USPS Logistics.
COMER can ship orders to 48 U.S. states (and Washington D.C. BUT EXCEPT FOR Alaska and Hawaii) on Monday – Friday(excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and arranged for shipment within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it could take some days before the tracking information is available.

Your tracking number and shipment events will be shown and updated in your order dispatched emails. If the parcel has not been received in estimated arrival time, please contact us via email service1@kcomer.com  and we will be happy to help you solve the problem by contacting the courier on your behalf and then give you a satiated reply.

TAX AND DUTIES

Under the circumstance that delivery destination is within the United States and the products are shipped from the U.S. Warehouse, the price of Comer products includes tax, which means Comer takes responsibility for shipping tax. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. if your destination is in the United States, you don't have to pay extra duty or other taxes on goods required by the states, COMER will ensure that all transactions comply with local laws and regulations and will pay the relevant tax.
